April 9, 2008im new 2 wheeling and want a 2 put a suspension lift on my jeep...i am thinking 4" but am unsure bc of the tire size i want (34")...i also need body lift advice also...thanks...

April 9, 2008If its a TJ a 4" lift will get 34s under it and I am not a fan of body lift over 1". 1"is allyou need to make room for a flat skid plate that alone will get you 3" of brake over height

April 10, 2008For a CJ lift, you either want to go with a basic 4" lift spring at all four wheels or a 2-2.5 spring lift with a Spring Over Axle conversion.
The 4" lift is basically bolt on, the SOA is much more involved. You can also lengthen the shackles. Either way would work with 34" tires without a body lift.
