October 19, 2007Personal prefrence:
I like the 10s as to my 8 that I use to have. One for stance, I feel alittle more stable on higher speed turns (DD) and also when the jeep is off tilt. But there was an unbelievable amount of rubbing (with an XJ) If seen slight rubbing with 13.50s on a 10" but bushwackers would fix that no prob.
October 19, 2007Really depends on what tire size you will be running. I would stay with the 8" if you are going with a 12.5" wide tire or less.
November 15, 2007so 33 12.5 15 i am good with 15x8 rims......
November 15, 2007a narrower wheel is more likely to retain the tire if you air down too

November 16, 2007Brian - you can be such a putz....
33x10/15 = 254/90/15
33x8/15 = 203/113/15
Haven't you heard of google...
November 16, 2007nope that is why i got you an your many many years of wisdom hahahahaha
November 16, 2007I like the 15x8 combo Brian. I used to run 15x7's with 33x12.50 on my first XJ. It worked. They were American racing AR23 wheels.
