December 7, 2005Well yesterday I stopped by a friends house to see his new shop and there was a guy there in an extendedcab F-150. He proceded to back up to a small utility trailer and hook up to it and loaded some wood on it couldnt have been more than 100lbs of wood. he starts to leave and the ground behind my buddies shop has some slight rolls and low spote witch were muddy and washed out, the poor F-150 guy got stuck even with the trailer unhooked he was done, so his common sence was to hook the trailer back up to get more weight on the rear tires to stop the spinning, all that did was dug his ruts deeper. So my buddy looks to me and says you got a tow rope, and my reply was yeah, every good jeeper always has one. So I pulled the F-150 and the trailer out of its lil muddy hole.By seeing his tires I also learned that the Yokahoma Geolander tires hold mud in the tread like crazy and maybe good for rock crawln but not good for mud. Just my lil bit of charity to a ford driver, lol had to pick at you guys.
December 7, 2005Was it 2 or 4 wheel drive.....though it doesn't really matter 'cause he still got pulled by a Jeep
December 7, 2005I love the "So, I pulled this rig out with my Jeep..." stories

December 7, 2005once again, Jeep to the rescue.
December 7, 2005I love it when its the guy that likes to joke on your rig, then your the first guy he calls to come pull him out when he gets burried. Then you just have to go do it, just so you can rub it in his face! I've had that quite a few times.
